Halftime thoughts: Sixers 57, Celtics 45

So much for my keys to the game. Paul Pierce is struggling, and the duo of Evan Turner and Jrue Holiday is outplaying Rajon Rondo and Courtney Lee. Throw everything I said out the window.

*The 76ers are shooting 51% from the field. In a word: unacceptable. Not to sound obvious, but the defense needs to buckle down.

*Kevin Garnett is the lone bright spot on offense, scoring 14 points on 6-of-8 shooting. Let's see if that can continue.

*Paul Pierce just can't get anything going on the offensive end. He's been unsuccessful driving to the basket, and has missed open shots. So much for getting away from the Sixers defense.

*Evan Turner looks like the number two overall pick he was supposed to be. He leads the Sixers with 14 points on 6-of-11 from the field.
