Halftime thoughts: Celtics 56, Bobcats 45

Man, that was a long second quarter. The amount of stoppages have slowed down the pace of this game to that of a snail's. Nonethless, Boston leads by double-digits at the half, 56-45.

Here's some food for thought:

* After a huge first quarter, Rajon Rondo barely made his presence felt in the second. After the first, he had 9 points, 6 rebounds, and 5 assists. In the second, he had no points, 1 assist, and 1 rebound. Rondo needs to get back to his aggressive style that made him so successful in the first frame.

* The Celtics are leading by 11, yet it feels like they are up by more than that.

* Jeff Green is continuing his hot play. He leads all bench scorers with 11 points.

* Gerald Henderson's flagrant-one foul on Kevin Garnett made the second quarter a bit interesting.

* Kemba Walker complains too much.
